Overview:
Each day you will need to quickly cook- off, heat, and put together the meals.

It is set into sections so that when you are in that part of the supermarket you can streamline your shopping so you don’t spend more time in the shops than you need to.
Prep Day:
This is a time when you set aside to do your prepping, (2-3hrs). By doing this, you will have pre-prepared all the weeks cooking.
